New challenge at SMC MONKEY BUSINESS

I am just in LOVE with this challenge. Monkey Business, and I chose Miki hanging from a tree with a present. Too cute.

I colored him with my copics (and did not use any stickles) and I put it on some of the card stock out of my stash. I cut him out and used some of the letters from my stash. (Yes I am back to using my stash). I just think he is so cute.

Dress It Up New SND challenge

Wow another week has gone by, and we are over half way through January.

Well enough about that, we have another GREAT challenge at Stamp N Doodle, this time it is "All dressed up". Dress up your cards, your projects, your pages. I used this adorable dress. I used some of the great paper that I got for my birthday called "The Black Current stack" and it is by DCWV. I Made the flower (I really made it) with my quilling set from Provo Craft, the lace is some that I have had in my stash forever, and the letters are also from my stash, I am not sure where they came from, but I do believe that they used to be called bubble letters. Hope you like it.

I used the cupcake carasel for my project, and once again I did a scrapbook page. This one was a blast to do. I made a second page so that I could take the cherry on top of the big image and the 3 small cupcakes and POP them out with pop dots. I colored them with my copics and a "few" little stickles. The background paper is from my "stash" and I am not sure where I got it from but it sure did work.

I then did the "freebie" and is that not the cutest image you have seen, well not really because I LOVE all of the images on SMC. Be sure to stop by the blog and get this great freebie.

Jan. 13th challenge at Stamp n Doodle

Well here it is, the BIG day, and no I don't mean my birthday, however it is, but it is time for another Stamp n Doodle challenge.

This one is pretty cool.....I do love the picture, and as I have told you I am into trying to get my scrapbooks done, sooooooooo I made this one for some of our camping pics.

I really wanted this one to be pretty much black and white. The background paper is some of the new SEI paper and of course the coloring that I did do was sone with my copics.

New challenge at AIF ANYTHING GOES

Well here we are, another week down, and this is my last day at 49.......I think I am going to go and look for me a new camera for my birthday......I really need one (hopefully it will not be to much for me to figure out at my OLD age).

For this new challenge we could do one of 2 things and seeing how I found my mojo (it was hidden among the Christmas mess) I decided to do both.

First I did a card for my granddtr to have a sleepover and used the ballerina shoes for the front of the card. I used some new paper that I got (on sale) at JoAnn's this week, and I love this paper. I colored them with my copics and found some yarn in my stash to put around the picture. I just love the way it turned out.

Then I took the "sleepover" images and decided to make bookmarks for the girls. I also colored them with the copics and used some stickles too. I also laminated them with my "Your story" and I am so excited how they turned out.....I hope the girls like them as much as I do.

New Year and new post for Stamp and Doodle

WOW it has been a while since I posted and I am so sorry.

This chest crap that I had and my diabetes just put me right down in bed.....now I gave it to my hubby, ugh.

I am feeling MUCH better and ready for the new year.

This week we are doing "resolutions" at Stamp and Doodle and I LOVE this image. It just made me laugh.

I used some "stash" paper for the background, and I took a scrap piece of card stock and embossed it with my cuttlebug for the strip, then I colored my lady with my copics. I think this will make the cutest birthday card.

I am so sorry that this is late, but I have a cold, and it has settled into my chest and boy am I miserable.

Well I told you before that I REALLY need to some scrapbooking, so here is another page and it will be great for the pictures of all of the snow that we have gotten and are still getting.

I colored this wonderful group with my copics and stickles.

Well I hope that everyone is having a great Holiday Season.

Thank goodness that I have all of my Christmas shopping done, and 99% of the wrapping done because I have got the chest cold from HE double hockey sticks.

Well this week AiFactory has decided to run this challenge for 2 weeks due to Christmas........wooohoooooo that will give me a chance to get better (maybe even stay in bed for a couple of days)......and to top it off it is ANYTHING GOES.....how easy is that?

I decided that I really, really, really, need to get a bunch of scrapbooking done so I used this weeks "fairy" image as a scrapbook page. Isn't she just adorable? I colored her with my copics and of course some stickles.

You really need to get over to the AiFactory store and see all of the great images that have been being released........wow have our designers been busy. I really don't understand how they have so much time, and Mia, wow, she has been doing the "overtime" thing.

NEW SMC challenge---FLOWERS

I really think that I need this one, I am so sick of snow already. Thank goodness it has been a little bit warm the last 2 days (besides it rained and rained and rained) and we have almost all of the snow gone. The sad thing is, it is not even officially winter so I know without a doubt there is gonna be more, UGH.

Anyway over on the SMC challenge blog our challenge is flowers.

I colored mine with my copics and stickles. I used flowers from my stash. I know it was not very inventive, but my MOJO left, and still has not returned.

BTW if anyone finds my mojo, send it back to me PLEASE.

Stamp n Doodle--Make a gift bag or box

Well here we are, almost at the middle of December already......and I feel like I still have so much to do.

Well our challenge this week at Stamp n Doodle was to make a gift bag or box. I used this great elf shoe template to make a small gift box, but didn't get the time to make the candy to go into it. (I know......bad toad) Hey today is shopping day to get all of the ingredients for the cookies and candy.

I cut this shoe out of cardstock, found a great snowman, sleight and snowflakes to decorate it. I am sure that I should have done more, but as I said, the MOJO has done gone and left me here in snowy/rainy/windy WA state.

AiFactory challenge-------holiday/Christmas

Wow here we are and we are just about 2 weeks from Christmas EEEEEEEEEEEECK!

It is not that I don;t have 99% of the shopping done, and the presents wrapped, but I still need to make the candy and cookies, send off my sisters presents, and we are still decorating the house.........wow I do still have a lot to do.

Anyway, back to AiFactory challenge. I used the 2 snowbirds (as I call them) colored with my copics and a dash of stickles. The card is made with my Martha Stewart paper (LOVE it) and I used some very old items from my stash. I even did something that I have NEVER done, and used rub-ons......for the 2 sayings. I have to admit that I was a little intimidated by rub-ons. but they are not bad at all.

The ornament is a shaker box (which I have never used before) and I just love it.

Well here is my card for the SMC weekly challenge SNOWFLAKES!!!!!!!

Wow isn't that perfect for me with all of the dang snow we have had, and more is being predicted.

I used Morty Moose for this challenge and the great Martha Stewart paper that I bought with the snowflakes.

I colored him with my copics and of course I HAD to use some stickles. I did do a different type of card (gate fold) and I think it came out nice.

I am so sorry that it has been so long since I posted. Goodness gracious where has the time gone?

December already? I am so not ready for the Holidays.

Well I really hope that everyone had a great Thanksgiving. We have had SNOW, SNOW, SNOW, and finally freezing rain yesterday. The power has been off and on, and the internet also.

Well our challenge at AiFactory is WINTER (boy is that a good one for me).

I chose the girl skater and I am so proud of how she turned out. I colored her with my copics, used some OLD stickers that I had, used some of the great Martha Stewart winter paper that I had, and used my CM ovals to "frame" her.

A Great AiFactory challenge

Here is my card for AiFactory challenge this week. Can you believe that Thanksgiving is next week.

I have been so busy this week. We moved a good friend of mine over to the Seattle area, made 4 pies, trying to finish the afagans that I am doing for Christmas, painting my sisters Christmas presents, and started my nativity scene. Tonight we are helping some friends decorate for their dtr's wedding that is tomorrow, then I need to come home and do the dishes that I need to have done for the reception, and finally I REALLY need to get the scrapbook done that I am doing for them. Whew, I really need to get this post done and get going.

OK now down to the challenge, the first picture is the inside of the card and definately has bling, the second picture is the front and I just LOVE them both and had a ball doing them. As usual, the images were colored with my copics, and then the bling was added with stickles. The paper is from the Martha Stewart paper that I bought and this collection of papers are just super.

Well next week is turkey day and so we are at the end of another week, but the start of another challenge over at SMC.

This weeks challenge is turkey and punches. I love this turkey and had a ball coloring this image, then I found some of my punches from CM and saw this one that does both kinds of leaves, what better to embellish than autumn leaves. I did use some pop-dots to make some of the leaves pop out. I colored the image with my copics, did a little bit of bling and then just used the great leaves. The back ground paper is out of my "stash" and it is old enough that there is nothing on the papers to say who made them.

I really do do other things......I mean like other crafts. I am currently working on Christmas presents.

I am currently crocheting afagans for my kids for Christmas, and doing ceramics for others in the family, as well as working on a ceramic nativity scene and another cute one, but those are for MEEEEEEE!

NEW Sew Many Cards challenge

Wow here we are and it is Friday. I am going to have a LONG weekend ahead of me. I am driving a U-Haul to Tacoma this weekend to move a good friend of mine. Normally Larry would drive it, but he has EMR training tomorrow and so he cannot leave until late in the afternoon, so he will follow and then he and I will drive back on Sunday.

Anyhoooooo Our challenge this week at SMC is blue and white. I love this image and thought that he would be soooooo cute in blue, and I was right he turned out great. This image, as well as all of Angela's other great images are for sale in the store right now.......and if you hurry, there is a discount for the Christmas images if you use the discount "november2010." I colored the image with my copics and just used some of my stash of paper.

Well I just love this image from AiFactory (and it is available in the store). Those birds and the tree limb and swirls are just wonderful. I colored the image with my copics (I know, what a shock) and it really needed some bling so I highlighted it with some stickles and the saying I got from TLC and I just thought it fit so well.

I am so excited to be on this DT. Angela has some of the cutest images. Well this is the first week and ding dong me didn't realize it until this morning when I got online. So I whipped up this card and isn't he just adorable. Just wait until you see what other we have in store for you this month.

So I colored this adorable tiger with my copics, of course, and then I decided to do something a little new to me and made a gate fold card. This great paper is from BoBunny, and yes I splurged and bought a couple of pieces of new paper.....I know, shame on me, but it has been a really long time tince I bought any paper and I just loved these colors. Now the orange/yellow paper that he is on is from my stash and so is that great flower.

Well here we are at the end of another week and the end of October. In just a few days we will be in the 11th month and thinking of the Holidays. Wow this year has gone WAY to fast.

This is the sketch that we are doing over on Blog n Doodle for this week and I just love this image (that is for sale over on the Stamp n Doodle store).....and this is a saying that I just love. I am really not sure where I got it but I think that it was from TLC. I colored her with my copics and used some stickles to bling her up. I just think that they add so much sparkle, just like fresh fallen snow.....which we have had TONS of up in the mountains this week.

WOW can you believe that this is the last weekend in October????? Where in the heck has this year gone.

I know that for me, health issues have taken a HUGE bite out of the year, but I am hoping that it is behind me and I can get feeling better.

Well it is time for AiFactory's weekly challenge and of course this week is HALLOWEEN!!!!!!!!

I am not sure where I got this little guy, but he is so cute. I colored him with my copics, used some more of my "stash" paper and got this GREAT saying from the AiF store. You really need to visit it and see all of the great things that are in there. I did a little coloring on the saying and then cut it out from my Making Memories cutters and lined it with some great ribbon/rope that I also had in my stash that just seemed to fit. I was quite pleased about the way that it turned out.

Well off to see Social Security again and to Dr appnts. Hopefully I can get a bunch more done tonight and tomorrow. I know that I will need to do another post tomorrow.

So onto my card. I did a THANKSGIVING card. Yea I know, none of us are ready for Turkey Day yet, but neverless it is coming. I just thought that this turkey was so dang cute, and he looked so lost, that I just could not resist the Eat Beef sign. I colored him with me copics and then cut him out. The paper is some new that was sent to me (NO I am still not buying any new paper until I use up the stash) from Colorbok. I do like it and who am I to turn down FREE paper. The lettering is from my "stash" and I just wanted to do something different.

I am so sorry for being absent, but we have had all sorts of problems around here.

I have been in the hosopital, but I am fine, then I get home and the internet was off for 3 days, and when I finally got it back, low and behold the power starts going off and on. I would say a good time to be doing crafty things, but instead I have laid down and been a good girl.

Anyway here is my card for Stamp n Doodle this week. Isn't it cute. We needed to do some embossing (the boots) some glitter (the socks) and have a bat. Wow here we are and it is Monday again and almost the Middle of OCTOBER. Where has the time gone?

Well I broke 3 toes on my foot over the weekend, real nice huh? Dr says I am to stay off of it, yea right, what world does he live in.

Saturday was my Granddtr Madison Laurine's 2nd birthday party. I made her the neatest card.................and forgot to take pics of it, and forgot the camera..... what a dork I am. It was so cute, she was using one of her balloons as an "exercise ball". It is so neat to look at her, she looks so much like her namesake, my Mom.

Yesterday we went grocery shopping for most of the month, my poor car was soooooo loaded down.

OK,OK on to what I have been doing......making cards, what a thought.

The first one is Bugaboo's wonderful Stella, as you well know, I just love Stella and Gus, she is soooooooo much like me.

I colored her with my copics, used up a couple of different papers from my stash, and found this GREAT tree that I used pop-dots to pop it out.

Where in the heck has this week gone? I have been so busy trying to take care of things here at the homefront, and doing projects for different things that need to be done that this week has flown by.

Well Thursday's are AiFactory days and today is embossing. I do not have a heat gun or the embossing stuff, so I hand embossed. It is hard to see but the hearts, and the centers of ALL of the flowers have been hand embossed.

I colored it with my copics and then highlighted areas with stickles.

Yes, yes, yes I have been holed up in my room and crafting. I have been trying to get things done to open up my little store. Actually it is a space in a store called "THE SMALL MALL" I will be selling clothes, stamps that I don't use, copics that I have double of, crocheted kitchen towels, ceramics that I have done, outdoor lights that I have made, ornaments, etc.

However I have found time to do a bunch of cards......and I am real proud of them.

The first one is Poinsetta girl and I think that she just turned out wonderful. I cannot for the life of me remember where I got her, but as soon as I find out I will be sure to put it on here as this WONDERFUL artist definately deserves credit for her. I colored her with my copics, added a little sparkle with my stickles, and used a couple of different Christmas papers from my stash and I think that she just turned out great.

OK it is time for the new AiFactory challenge. We had such a great response last week and I am soooooo hoping for another great response this week.

Here are some more cards that I have been doing.

The ist one I did in honor of breast cancer awareness month. I am not sure where I got the digi or the saying, but I love them both.

I reposted the pumpkins on the cart because I got a better pic.

The cake and candy card I made for a purple and silver challenge at:
Secret Crafter Staurday challenge

and besides it is cute enough to use for almost any occasion.

The last one is the toilet one and I just LOVE this stamp. The stamp is from QKR Stampede and the saying is ALL mine.

All of the images have been printed out on Pacific card stock and have been colored with my copics. All of the paper is out of my stash, and a good share of them did not have writing on the back of the paper.

Now for my card. This image is from Fred She said stamps and I just bought it and I LOVE it. The sentiment is from QKR Stampede and my husband just about died laughing about this card and the "paperwork" one. This card is for a friend of mine that is turning 50 and I just thought it would be so appropriate.

Wow I cannot believe we are almost to the end of September already.

I have been taking a few days off due to my high blood pressure and high blood sugar but I got back into it this morning and wanted to post a few things that I have done.

I have really gotten into Autumn and Halloween lately. I guess because it has gotten cooler here and the leaves are turning such beautiful colors.

Well let's get into the cards and let me tell you what I have done.

The first image is from CDAC and that pumpkin wagon was just calling to me. I colored it with my copics and then had to add some leaf brads, a couple of things for the wheels and I needed something else to I added a flower. I also had to put some glitter on the center of the flower and on the pumpkins. Oh yea and the saying on the inside is one that I had in my stash and I am not sure where it came from. The cardstock is from my stash.

Well this week we are doing a "boy" layout or card. My grandson had a "Pirates of the Caribbean (sorry for the spelling) birthday party and so here is one of the LO's that I did for him.

Wow I cannot believe that it is September already and this year is almost gone. I about died when I went to the store and there was Halloween candy staring me in the face. How crazy is that?????

Anyway our theme this month is Somethings Brewing. Isn't that a great title? I love the colors of Halloween and the fall. As you will see, my cards are done for the fall time.

Now on to my projects. I just LOVE these little scarecrows. They are simply adorable. I used The scarecrow and leaves #18806 for this cute little guy, however there is another that I also use and that is #18801. I colored him with my copics and used a great piece of my stash for his background.

The next card that I did is "I ain't afraid of no Ghosts" #13604 and the Happy Halloween stamp #12907. I colored them with my copics and added afew little things that I had in my draws to add a little pizzaz. The background paper is from my "stash" and is from Miss Elizabeth.

The last card that I did is the "parking" stamp #9303 and to be honest with you I am not sure where the saying came from, but it worked well. The backgound paper is also out of my stash and did not say who made it but I know I have had it for a while.

One of these years I will get rid of my stash of paper and will be able to get more.

I am sooooooo sorry. I totally forgot to post today for the AiFactory post.

I have had the card done for a few days, but then life got in the way.

We are having our fair and Centenniel celebration here and I am in charge of a few things so I have not been home for a couple of days.

Here is my card, and I had a ball playing with these images. I sure hope that you enjoy them. I colored them with my copics and used some paper that I had in my stash, yes I am STILL using from my stash. This paper is from Memory Makers (a few yrs ago) and it is so cute.

I had 4 of my grandchildren with us this weekend and took them out digging potatos. My oldest granddtr wanted to know how many potatos were under each plant and so we took them out to the farm and showed them the difference in the regular potato plants and the organic. (The regular grow more potatos than the organic)

I have been working like crazy on different images. I am going to work on getting my life more organized......lol.......sure I am. Me organized. That may be scarey.

But anyway, The first image is from CDAC and is a freebie and I am just in love with that bathtub and those bubbles.

The next image is from QKR Stampede and I got this idea from one of the other designers, and isn't that just the cutest little boy and the perrrrrrfect saying.
The little boy picking his nose is #15714 and I just tried to find the saying and I am not sure where I found it, but I know it was there.

The 3rd card was also done by one of the DT at QKR Stampede and I just knew that I had to have these 2 stamps also. The splatted bug is #14502 and the saying is #13506.

I just got back from a couple of days in Seattle for some well deserved and greatly appreciated R and R with just the hubby.

We spent Saturday just driving around and then walking around on the pier and having a wonderful dinner at Ivar's Seafood.

Then Sunday we got up and had breakfast and went to Pike Street Market, where we just looked around and had a great time, then we had a nice halibut sandwich for lunch and then went to the Mariner's Baseball game against the Minnisota Twins and we WON!!!!! Then we drove home and enjoyed the whole time.

Anyway these are a couple of cards that I had done before we left but I did not get them posted. Hope you like them.

Hi everyone, this is Laralee and I am so excited to be posting today. I have been making cards like crazy.........I had a goal of making 1 WELCOME card for each of my grandchildren, that are in school, for their teachers. I DID IT!!!!! These are just a couple of examples of what I have done.

I used the the teacher stamp, and also a saying stamp that I got out of the store. The other saying of GOD grant me the serenity is a stamp that I have had for years. On the scarecrow boy, he is also a stamp out of the store and his saying of "The time has come" is #18407.

We have such great stamps in the store, be sure to stop by and order a few for the winter months. DID I JUST SAY WINTER?????? Slap my mouth for swearing.

Anyway I did an anniversary card that was requested by a friend, and then another friend just had her 2 yr anniversary of being cancer free so I made a card for her.

Where in the world has the summer went. I cannot believe that there are place in the US that school has already started, but anyway our kids start next week and I cannot believe that it is that time of the year again.

I have 2 granchildren going into kindergarden this year, Micheala and Trezner. I remember when Trez was just a baby an rolling around on the ground, trying to follow the bigger kids.

Anyway I have been working on numerous cards for the past week, inbetween trying to catch up on sleep. This is just an adorable stamps from QKR Stampede, and yes I have used it a couple of timesm but you will see those later in the week.

Wow what a crazy week it has been here. My dtr in law had surgery so I have 5 of their 6 children (the last one is the baby and she is only 2 months old).

My granddtr, Cheyanne has been coloring with Grandma and she did the first 2 images and I am soooooooo proud of her.

2 of her brothers jusst had birthdays and she wanted to do a picture and card for them and I think she just did a great job.

The last image is the new challenge for Stamp n Doodle and the challenge is birthday cards and this is the FREE image. What a blast I had with this one as sooooo many of my friends are either hitting or getting ready to hit the BIG 50.

Which means that school staarting is right around the corner, then comes Labor Day, (which is the last BIG holiday of the summer), then comes fall, the winter, and then................well you know what I mean. This year has just flown by for me.

This is Laralee and I decided that I needed to do a card for a friend of mine that is feeling down..............so I picked the smiling flowers (17002). This is just such a nice and friendly stamp and needless to say one of my favs.

I colored it with my copics and I put it on a card from Hallmark, oh and of course I had to put some stickles on it.

I hope that this brightens your day and hers.

Take time to stop and smell the flowers because before long they will be gone and snow doesn't smell.

What a great way to "Mentally" cool off.

My little Christ child in the manger is absolutely one of my favs. I colored all of my images with my copics and put just a little bling on them with stickles.....after all what is Christmas and the holidays without BLING?????? I also made this card as a tri-fold card and put the "Jesus is the reason for the season" on the inside. This is also a great stamp from QKR.

Santa's elf looking for your name is also one of my favs.....wait a minute, they are all my favs and I just LOVE each and every one of them.

Santa getting Elvis elves instead of elves is another that I have just had a ball with......and then my Christmas moose is the last one that I am showing right now.

OK OK on to my project. Don't you just love this great little guys who is snowboarding........All I could think of was my grandson seeing it and saying COWABUNGA!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a great Christmas card that it made. I used some paper that I have had for ages for the base of the card (I am trying to go green for my CHristmas cards this year and not buy anything). I printed him off on Georgia Pacific white cardstock and then colored him with my copics.

Here are 2 more cards that I have done.

The flower one is for AiFactory Team A. The challenge is for FLOWERS and boy do I LOVE this one. I used PRIMA flowers and then I colored a GREAT set that AiFactory has right now. It comes with 2 sayings (which are devine) and 2 sets of flowers. The stickles were used just to give a little bit of glam to them.

The other card is for Stamp n Doodle.....this month is a Safari for the Stamp club, and this weeks challenge over on SNR is to distress something (and dang it they didn't mean to distress me). Jump over to both AiFactory and while you are there look up Stamp n Doodle.

I have done 6 cards this weekend. I am so proud of myself.

QKR Rubber Stampede is doing the Christmas in July theme this month and so I decided that I was going to do my best to get my Christmas cards done early this year so that they might even get sent out......now that would be a big change for me.

I am only going to show you 3 of them so that you will come back the 23rd for the blog hop and see what else I have created.

My next project is going to be a wedding card for my son and future DIL, who are getting married in my back yard on the 24th of this month.....busy, busy, busy.

Time has just flown by. It is time for another AiFactory challenge and this one is being GREEN.

I was trying to figure out what I wanted to do and it has been real HOT here (and everywhere else) so Dh decided we needed to have a pool party this weekend and I just ran out of compressed air and decided it would be cute to "blow the heat away". I know it was corny but I did think out of the box. Hope you enjoy it.

Where has the time gone?

Well here in WA it has gone to the wayside.

We got moved into the other house and boy what a chore that has been. We have painted, and painted and painted.......replaced carpets and CLEANED!!!!!!!!

Now my craftroom is a good as it is going to get and so I am really ready to get down to business.

You will be seeing TONS of projects that I have done and will be doing. I finished curtains for the house, made baby blankets, and colored. Me and my trusty COPICs have been busy and will be busy for a while.

Shape it Up for AiFactory

Wow it is time for another challenge with AiFactory. This one is called "Shape it Up"......and the good thing is that we don't have to go to the GYM.

I don't know about where you all are, but here in WA it finally got warm, 2 days ago we were wearing long sleeves and yesterday and today are in the 90's.

I just LOVE this card. It is for my granddtr who is going to be 6 and thinks she is a "ROCKER GIRL". The images are from AiFactory called rocker girl, and there is TONS that you can do with it.

I colored the images with my copics, and of course rocker girl's need bling so I highlighted some of it with stickles.

Hope everyone has a great day and I am sorry for being so "off the grid" but we are in process of miving and so I don't currently have any internet until MONDAY.....so I will be off and on. Things will be back to some what normal in a couple of weeks.

All my cards do is move, but that was a huge step for me, considering my cards very seldom move.

The first one is the Dump Truck (at least I hope) and the saying is "I heard you were down in the dumps." The paper is an old one from Bo Bunny and the image is from AiFactory.

Soooooooo I decided to do a Patriotic theme for mine......well there is a summer one to but let's do the patriotic card first.

The heart stamp and the saying are both from QKR Rubber Stampede. You just have to visit their store (and the other 2 stores also) and see all of the WONDERFUL things that Maribeth has in there.....anyway....I used a piece of cards tock that I had in my stash...not sure who did it but I love it and I colored my image with COPICS and them put on some Stickles to try and bring the white out. The dang thing bled and I am not sure why but I do like the way it turned out.

On my other card, I used the adorable potato with sunglasses image that is also from QKR. I LOVE this image as my DH is employed by a very large potato farm. The background paper that I used is from PC and is called Sea Parties Water.....I just love this paper.

Once again I did color the stamp with my copics and I stamped with with the StazOn Jet Black.

Good Morning or Afternoon, depending on where you live

I am posting for QKR Rubber Stampede today and boy am I excited. Number 1 I love playing with their rubber stamps and secondly WE ARE HAVING A BLOG HOP THIS WEEKEND!!

Isn't that exciting. We need everyone to come and see what the DT has been doing.

OK OK OK now for my post.

I used my teepee stamp and stamped it out using StazOn black ink, I used white cardstock )because I am old fashioned and white goes with anything) then I used a patterned paper from SEI that I had and used my CM wave cutting board. Then I colored the teepee with my copics (I know what a shock). Then I wanted to do something inside and I found this digi from Stamp-N-Doodle that just screamed at me that it would match. I loved the way that this card has turned out. I was going to do it as a birthday card, but I am not sure yet and it is so versitile that I can use it for about anything.

I am so excited because my Granddtr, Cheyanne, is taking after me......I am posting the digi that she picked out and colored, chose the paper, and glue that baby on for her Dad, (my oldest son, Courtney B.). I just had to take a pic and show everyone. She is such a beautiful girl and I am so proud of her.

Where in the heck did May go?????? Here we are into June and I have yet to post. I have beena bad toad and I am very sorry. Life got a hold of me and has been dragging me behind for a good week or so.

I am a new grandma. Miss Lauren Azalea Hancock was born on 6=3=10 and weighed in at 6 lbs and 15 oz and she is 18 1/2 inches long and has red hair. She is so adorable.

I will be back with cards....I have done a bunch of them, I just have not taken pics.

We also got a house, which we are excited about, but boy do we have a lot of work to do on it.....that is if the guy ever gets all of his stuff out of it.

Today is the BIG blog hop for Stamp n Doodle. I am so excited......just to see what everyone creates is going to be FABULOUS!!

Here is what I created with the 2 images that I was so very lucky to get. I got the Grandparents sketch, and the water mill. I absolutely love both of these digi stamps and I hope that you will be happy with what I have done with them. I wanted to do a double page LO honoring my Grandma and Grandpa Naef (my maternal grandparents) When I was in Idaho last Aug for my brother's funeral, I went by my Grandparents home in Downey and took a picture of it and their headstone. I put that on one side of the LO and then I fixed the other side of the LO for a picture of my Grandparents.

I colored both of the digis with my copics. The paper is by Provo Craft from a few years ago and I just love it. The muted colors are just perfect.

I really hope that you enjoy this blog hop and I am soooooo proud to be a part of such a GREAT and talented Design Team.

New post for QKR Rubber Stampede

Wow I have had a busy week and it is only Tuesday. First off......WE GOT A HOUSE!!!!!!!! You can't tell I am excited can ya? We are to sign the papers this weekend and they are to have things moved out downstairs and the furniture that they are leaving from upstairs, down in the basement. It is a 4 bedroom 2 bath home. 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms down stairs. Curtis and Tishe and the kids will be downstairs and Larry and I get the upstairs. Our bedroom was once 2 bedrooms and the wall got taken down to make a huge bedroom and I get a whole room ALL TO MYSELF. I am so excited.

I had a tooth taken out today and he had to open up the inside of my jaw to get the dang thing out so I now have 3 stitches in my mouth and the numbing is starting to wear off.

Soooooooo I need to get my posting done and seeing how tomorrow is my day at QKR I needed to get it done.

I used the stamp of the Easter Bunny taking a bath on 1 LO and the bunny with a flower on the other LO. I am trying to get some scrapbooking done so bear with me cause I am gonna be doing LOs for a while.

The 1st one is a LO about Easter at my house. The background paper is from SEI and I have had it for a number of years. I colored my image with my copics and had to add a little bit of bling with my stickles.

The 2nd LO is also about Easter at my house and the goodies that we get the kids. That background paper was bought at Michael's a few yrs ago and does not say who did it. I colored my image again with my copics and stickles.

Wow I really think that someone pushed the clock ahead.....there is no way that we had a full weekend. It just seemed to fly buy.

We went for a couple of drives, looked at a couple of house (wish something would come through) saw my son Camron and his family. I also got some creating done, but if the weekend was longer I would have gotten more done.

I did this LO for Stamp n Doodle and for Scrap-Creations Challenges and both of them were for animals and well you know me and it has to be my dogs. This is Bandit and Roxie. I just loved Bandit but he was my SIL's and when he and my DD split up he got custody of the dog. I really miss him......I mean the dog. I used a stamp from Stamp n Doodle (isn't it great?) and the paper is from PC. The flower is from the dollar store (I know I am cheap) but it works.

Card for Wink, Wink, Ink Lo for Wild Flower Patch, FSS, and for Scrap it with a Song

I did this adorable card for Wink, Wink, Ink challenge. Boy did I go out of my comfort zone. Look at this adorable pink and those dang eyes.

I did the LO of the mermaid for the FSS challenge which is dimentions, I just love this image and she looked so dreamy that I could only think of Imagine and dream to be on there.

I did the LO of the beautiful girl for the Wild Flower Patch challenge it need ribbon, sparkle, and dimention. I do believe I got all of those in there. It is also for the Scrap it with a song challenge, the line from the song is "You with the sad eyes". Well got to go....I think all of the challenges are done for the week (Thank goodness for small favors, because I am beat).

Wow what a busy week. Thanks to my dtr for making sure that things got posted on the right dates....I have been a little under the weather and thank goodness I did some of my work ahead of time so I could blog and have it ready to go. SO back to my post I am so excited this is called the CELEBRATIONS and I LOVE this set. I did mine for a friend of mine that owns a coffe shop in my small town called the Jidder Bean.....it turned out that her hubby is my hubby's boss, so she and I just hit it off. Anyway she has a bunch of pictures that she has taken over the years and wanted to scrapbook them and so I used this great set to do her first page. I just love it....and she is thrilled with it. Wow have I had a crazy week so far. Got to take one of my granddtrs to her softball game and I got to watch my sons' Courtney and Curtis play ball also. It was pretty fun. I wanted to post a new card that I made for my anniversary. I used 2 stamps from QKR stampede (the teepee and the Happy Anniversary) and the stamp on the inside is an Indian Wedding BLessing and I just Love it. On the front I could not find anything that I liked at the time so I wrote out what I want to say. I sure hope he likes it. I will be posting again tomorrow because I have been having a ball coloring all of my stamps.....I think that I am obcessed......no I know I am but boy am I haveing a ball.

Wow I cannot believe we are a week into May already. I did a couple of cards this morning. Both are for the Bugaboo Stamps challenge using flowers. I also combined the one about the teenagers to put into one that is to do with paper piercing (can't remember which one right now but I will get back with it). I must be having a senior moment.....only I am not a senior yet. What can I say.....one of those days. I have a ton of challenges that I am trying to do this week and I also will be doing a card for QKR Stampede for Wednesday and also a card for AiFactory. Have a great Mother's Day weekend.

Now for my project. I am using the party clip art. I have not done much with clip art so this was a real challenege for me. (We all need to learn something new everyday).

I got the furniture digis from the AiFactory store and printed out the table and colored it with my copics. I used E57, E04, E37, E43, V04, V09, BG49, BG23, and my Stampin up "Bashful blue" and "Brocade blue". My background papers is Glitzmas by S*E*I. I hung the balloons up with some ribbon that I had in my stash to try to GLITZ it up a little bit. I also used some of my stickles to put a little bit of sparkle in it. (I do love Sparkle) I hope you enjoy it because I know it will go great in my scrapbook with pics of my grandson's birthday party.

I am back!!!!!!! Here is a card I made for Larry for our anniversary (27 yrs on the 20th)....by the time our anniversary comes I am going to have him a stack of cards because I keep seeing ones that I love. This is also for the "Digital Delights Tuesday" challenge. I need to use any kind of food or drink and believe me strawberries are a food and chocolate is a challenge to keep away from it. lol I used my copics (surprise lol) and I also used my stickles to accent the leaves and the seeds. It turned out so yummy. The papers is from JoAnn's and I just love it it looks like satin and that to me is just the icing on the cake. I also used plain tan paper from Michael's and embossed it with my cuttlebug and swiss dots. Hope you enjoy it and hope hubby like's it.

Th LO is of Thomas and his Dad and his "PAPA". Also of THomas and Cheyanne who are the "bestest of friends".
Also new pics of Lilly (my diva) Mojo, and Micheala (also my Peanut who has to be right in the middle of everything) Oh yea there is also a pic of Mojo being kissed all over by Roxie........I laughed how that turned out.....Oh is that going to be a layout or what. Oh by the way.......the LO was done for the "Scrap it with a Song" challenge. You really need to check out this blog.....it is awesome....this week's challenge is a LO for a Lady Gaga song.......one of the lyrics is "This photo of us don't have a price" and I thought it was perfect for this LO. I am doing each of my grandbabies their very own scrapbook.....and this is for Thomas's. They may not be perfect, but then none of us are, but they are "priceless".

Card for my oldest sister

I did this card for my oldest sister, LaNada, for Mother's Day......it is also for the AIF challenge, using buttons. I love this digi, it was a freebie and I am not sure where I got it from. the paper is from Provo Craft and their bitty scrap pads, I colored the digi with my copics (boy am I having fun with them), and the buttons are from JoAnn's and my HUGE collection of buttons. It is my day to post on the QKR Rubber Stampede blog so here is my card and I am also useing it on the Digi Shack post. Have a good day everyone. I am sure I will be posting quite a few in the next couple of days. I just got new stamps, and I just got a great shipment of pens and boy am I having fun. A friend is going to buy some of my pens that I don't use and I am going to use that money to buy more ciao markers. I am just in LOVE with all of the Copics, but I also love the Tombows that I have and the new Stampin Ups that I have. They are all good but boy do I love my copics.
