New QKR Rubber Stampede post

It is my day to post on the QKR Rubber Stampede blog so here is my card and I am also useing it on the Digi Shack post. Have a good day everyone. I am sure I will be posting quite a few in the next couple of days. I just got new stamps, and I just got a great shipment of pens and boy am I having fun. A friend is going to buy some of my pens that I don't use and I am going to use that money to buy more ciao markers. I am just in LOVE with all of the Copics, but I also love the Tombows that I have and the new Stampin Ups that I have. They are all good but boy do I love my copics.

BTW I used pieces of Left over papers, ribbon,l and lace. WOOOOHOOOOOO me I recycled. I knew that I would use them somewhere. That is why I am getting to be a hoarder.

See I have been busy. Here are 2 new cards that I have done. The first is for the "Craft your Passion" challenge. It is the one with the grapes. I just love this one.

The other is from a stamp that I got years ago and just really was not sure what to do with it until I got into the card making and I think it turned out real nice.

I am still alive

WOW what a crazy week. I was REALLY sick this weekend and did not do a whole lot of anything Friday or Saturday.

Felt better yesterday. We had 3 of our children and their kids here. We got the pool at Larry's work and made a "sloppy joe" picnic. We invited Aaron, Terrie, and their 2 kids to come out with us. We had a ball. The grandbabies thought it was the greatest thing ever. We even got Madison to smile for us. It was great. I got pics of my 3 youngest kids together and the grandbabies that were here. I will post some pics if I can find them. Also was taught how to put all of my digis on the disc so I can free up some space on the hard drive. WOOOOHOOOOOO I will be posting cards this week. I have my Lilly and Mojo next week and I can hardly wait.

I did this card for a friend of mine and hu Hubby's (actually it is his boss' son and DIL's new baby) I absolutely LOVE this card and my hubby could hardly wait to give it to them today. I enbossed with with a CB embossing folder (new) and then I highlighted it with my ZIG's and also with Ranger stickles. (which if you haven't guessed yet I am in love with the BLING. It is mounted on the new SEI (dill blossom) pack. Isn't the color just great. I did this also for the Pixie Studio challenge of GO GREEN

Good morning everyone

Well today was my day to post on QKR Stampede and so I though I would show you the card that I made.

I used my bear fishing stamp again. I just love love love this stamp. He is so cute. I colored him with my copics and then a little bit of Stampin up watercolor pencils. This is a birthday card that I am going to need in a few days.

Well time to get doing a few more cards......I have so many birthdays coming up that it is not funny.

GRAND OPENING BLOG HOP FOR QKR STAMPEDE

Welcome to my humble blog and the official blog hop for QKR Stampede.

If by some chance you got here from another area, other than the blog hop I mean.....you will want to go back to the start so that you don't miss any of our DE VINE DESIGN TEAM'S wonderful art. We are truly blessed to have such a great design team to get inspiration from. I have a couple of cards that I have been working on for this great event.

The first one is a card that I made for my wonderful husband who loves to fish. My Daddy bear is from our wonderful QKR Stampede stamps. He was colored with my copics and then he was chalked lightly and some stickles were added here and there to sparkle his up a bit. The water and the Koi embossed on my Cuttlebug and then they were lightly colored with copics and with chalk and then a very small amount of stickles were added.

The 2nd card that I did is the one that I did especially for the "ribbon cutting". Both of the bunnies are QKR stamps and they have been colored with copics and embellished with of course stickles. The ribbon on the inside is from JoAnn's and so are the ribbon roses. I used old left-over alphabets to make the words (I am trying not to waste anything)

I hope that everyone is having a Happy Easter weekend. I know that I am. The 5 grandkids are going home today so I will be able to get back to all of my stamping and scrapping. Woooohoooo

I did finally find the camera so I am going to attach a few things that I have been doing. Some LOs that I colored with my copis, CM pens, and ZIGs. I am so excited because I am getting some more copics and such. I am also going to start using my Cricut (Oh wow....yes I am going to learn to use it) I am also going to use my cuttlebug to do some embossing. Have a great day
